Sugar Run is dedicated to the research and development of drive patterns bred in the Rhodesian Ridgeback. We forge partnerships with individuals and organizations who are vested in protecting and preserving the pure bred dog. We have a special interests in devoloping trials within the United States. Sugar Run breeds once a year and is dedicated to early sensory intergration and the study of breed characteristics to include early drive patterns.
 Sugar Run Ridgebacks is a third generation breeder of hounds with over 40 years experience in breeding,training,showing and hunting. Our Ridgebacks are bred from some of the finest proven champions in the USA. We are dedicated to out breeding and maintain an indoor whelping facility dedicated to the nurturing and development of sound and healthy Ridgebacks. Sugar Run is a proud breeding partner with Eukanuba and all our puppies come with a Eukanuba starter kit. We offer AKC registration,dew claws removed, all first shots,micro chip,health certification and guarantee, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback owners guide. Sugar Run carefully selects their Ridgebacks by solid health and proven Ridgebacks in all areas of sporting,hunting,showman ship and companionship. We make an enormous effort to socialize and offer continuous early neurological stimulation to our Ridgebacks from birth.
We breed to AKC standard and produce Ridgebacks that are dark red wheaten,liver nosed and black masked. Our Ridgebacks have very minimal white on their toes and chest if any.
